IGSC does not discriminate against applicants in any way other than what is outlined in ISO/IEC 17065 to ensure high quality results in certification. The success of IGSC depends on the fair and equitable treatment of all applicants.

IGSC's services are available to all applicants in all industry related to sustainability categories.

IGSC can decline to accept an application or maintain a contract for certification from a client when fundamental or demonstrated reasons exist, such as the client participating in illegal activities, having a history of repeated non-conformities with certification/product requirements, or similar client-related issues.
